Returns Policy

Important: All portraits are custom-made to order.

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, “not as imagined”, or personal preference.

We will resolve issues only if:

  • The artwork has a clear error (wrong pet, wrong details)
  • The print/frame arrived damaged
  • There is a major quality issue with the product

To submit a claim:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns without prior approval.

Digital files are non-returnable once sent.
